Four prospects of myth and neo-liberalism.
The mythology of neo-liberalism and global corporate mythology is much written about but only Jack Adams applied Joseph Campbell’s four prospects of myth to the issue.
He first started to use Campbell’s analysis of myth structure in 1995 whilst at Ruskin College.
Ever since he has been developing the idea of using these observations of myth structure and operation as an analytical tool for the purposes of historical investigation.
In 2021, he opened the School of Mythographology to be the definitive home of this approach.
From 2020, he has been working on his definitive book, entitled ‘Vulcan’, on the subject of the mythology of global capitalism and based on his structural application of Campbell’s work.
